Term of Agreement

This Agreement shall commence on the start date and will continue on a task basis unless terminated by either party with [30]  days’ written notice.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide the Service Provider with timely access to the website, hosting platform, and any relevant accounts or permissions necessary for the Service Provider to perform the services.
• Maintain all necessary legal rights to use the website’s content and intellectual property.

Service Provider Responsibilities

• Ensure all updates, patches, and maintenance are performed in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide monthly reports on the website's performance, updates, and security status.
• Offer support within [24/48/72] hours for any issues or questions regarding the website.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information received during the course of this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, business data, intellectual property, and website content.

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement with [30] days’ written notice. If the Client terminates
